How long will my ink last?

Properly stored and securely capped, fountain pen ink should last indefinitely. If sediment has formed in the bottle, it is a sign that some of the water has evaporated and the ink should not be used. Generally, manufacturers recommend that you not use fountain pen ink that is more than several years old.
